If you’d like some up-lifting, gentle Summer sun in a supportive and relaxed environment this retreat is for you. June is a heavenly month in south-west France. The days are long and the evenings are balmy. The flowers are out in abundance, the fragrance is delicious and the gentle hum of the bees and insects is a lovely background reminder that this is time for them to be busy and for you to simply relax and be.
Fill your day as much or as little as you like with daily yoga, complimentary treatments, relaxation (in the garden, by the pool or gently swinging in a hammock in the shade of a tree), meditation, country walks and informative talks. Our team of highly experienced teachers and therapists – Paula Charnley, Claudia Manchanda, Marianne Cass, Barbara Gallani, Dirk Karel de Geus and Angela Wood – will be offering shiatsu, reflexology, energetic treatments, ideas on how to use herbs and natural remedies to cleanse your system and suppport your well-being, group and individual yoga sessions, meditation and active listening.
Enjoy fabulous meals created by our expert chef – Simone Parrish – in convivial surroundings. Meals are lovingly prepared with your health needs in mind, and we are happy to cater for specific dietary requirements. Meals are plant-based (you have the option of including some fish and non-cow dairy), using seasonal, locally-grown, wholefoods.
