Hands on Health Cookery and Well-being Retreat

Would you like to move towards a more plant-based* diet but need some guidance on how to introduce new foods? Would you like to learn new cooking techniques and recipes so that you can produce both fabulous tasting and exceptionally nourishing dishes? Then our Hands on Health retreat is for you.

Over the course of the week holistic chef, Bini Sharman, will explain how to incorporate new ingredients, equip you with new cooking methods and skills and will offer guidance on how to get more creative in the kitchen while focusing on maximizing the health giving properties of your meals. You’ll leave feeling inspired and confident to conjour up fabulous feasts back at home.

Supporting the process in the kitchen,  you will enjoy a nurturing programme of yoga, meditation, relaxation and complementary treatments designed to detox, replenish and strengthen you physically, mentally and energetically, readying you for the transition into Autumn and Winter.

This retreat is open to everyone and every level of cooking experience.

€1,150 for shared twin or doubleroom

€1,450 for private room

€200 discount on bookings before 30th April 2019

Price includes full programme, meals and refreshments, and airport transfer at scheduled times.

*Meals are plant-based but you will have the option to add in some dairy products if you would like and some fish. Where possible we use organic, seasonal and locally grown produce.
