Our fabulous team of expert therapists and teachers- Amanda Berlyn, Kirsty Hall, Liz Veats, Sangeeta Bhandari, Dirk-Karel de Geus and Angela Wood will be offering you holistic massage, movement therapy, Tui Na, personal and group yoga, meditation and active listening.
In the kitchen, holistic chef, Bini Sharman, will be cooking up a feast of delights tailored to your health needs. Meals are lovingly prepared using the freshest local, seasonal and, where possible, organic ingredients, with an emphasis on plant-based, whole-foods. Bini will aim to cater for all your dietary requirements.
All this in a beautiful, tranquil setting. Give yourself time to relax in the garden, take a walk through the rolling countryside, or enjoy the sanctuary of your comfortable, private room.
